Each space carries its own rhythm: intimate corners, shaded verandas, nooks that invite reading, writing, or simply being. Each room embodies an element, paired with its own scent, palette, and energy. Above it all rests the Shala—our Ether, crafted in bamboo and mango wood—yoga, meditation, etc.
Gedara means home. It is both the place you return to and the place you never want to leave. Set between swaying palms and emerald paddy fields in Ahangama, Gedara was born of love—for Sri Lanka, for its traditions, and for the quiet familiarity of feeling at ease in a place that feels already known.
